Shepherd Garden Cottage

Shepherd Garden Cottage is an artistic, private, and cozy retreat!

The Garden Cottage is 600 square feet and is adjacent to — but private from — Bonnie’s Farmhouse, sitting on 23 acres on the east side of State Route 1 from our two beach cottages. 

This cozy cottage features a queen bed in the loft, accessed by a unique hand-crafted staircase.  A couch in the living area opens to make a second queen bed. There is a 32″ flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.  A picnic table on the redwood deck is perfect for outdoor dining. A private hot tub on the redwood deck is perfect for relaxing in after a day outdoors.

The kitchen is compact yet features everything you’ll need, with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, gas range and oven, microwave, and coffee pot.  The bathroom offers a stand-up shower stall. 

We provide access to Tomales Bay for guests at Shepherd Garden Cottage via a private beach next to our beachfront Keppel Cottage. It is a 5-minute walk, across the road from the base of the driveway leading to the Garden Cottage.

If you need more space, our Bonnie’s Farmhouse, adjacent to the Garden Cottage, on the other side of the privacy fence, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, an outdoor hot tub and spectacular bay views.
