Riley Beach Cottage is 1000 square feet and sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The Cottage’s great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest-facing redwood decks all provide land’s end views of Point Reyes National Seashore, a mile across this pristine estuary.

This Cottage has its own beach for launching kayaks, sandcastle building, or tidepool exploration. The Riley Cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature, and simplicity.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with two singles in a “bunkroom” bedroom, a couch in the game room (leads to porch and hot tub) opens to full bed. This cottage features a full kitchen with oven, range, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, and full set of cooking utensils and dishes.
